Shift: EST; Participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation is required.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Operations & Production Support

Provide senior-level support for online, batch, and file transfer systems across Linux and Windows environments.
Manage batch job scheduling, execution, and failure analysis using enterprise tools (e.g., BMC Control-M).
Consult with development and application teams to support new deployments, system changes, and ongoing production readiness.

Incident Response & Troubleshooting

Perform root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting of system, application, and infrastructure issues.
Respond to production problem reports and service requests in accordance with ITIL-aligned workflows.
Identify operational risks and communicate potential impacts to management.

Documentation & Governance

Develop and maintain critical operational documentation, including runbooks and playbooks.
Ensure all technical documentation remains accurate and reflects current system procedures.
Document all activities within service management systems to ensure clear status communication to stakeholders.

Alerting Tools: Familiarity with enterprise-grade monitoring and alerting software.
