Summary

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/Angular) position! This is a 12-18 month contract and will be hybrid on site 3 to 4 days per week in Wilmington, DE.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive cloud migration initiatives by supporting the modernization of 7 client-facing applications within the digital channels team, with a primary focus on transitioning legacy ASP.NET WebForms applications to Azure Cloud
  • Lead full stack development efforts across 2 major cloud migration projects, architecting and implementing cloud-native solutions using .NET Core 6+, Angular 18+, and Azure services
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and Entity Framework Core while ensuring adherence to SOLID principles and clean coding practices
  • Develop and enhance modern frontend applications using Angular, integrating with UI component libraries such as PrimeNG or KendoUI
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of 7 engineers, including an Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and interface with other development teams across the organization
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps practices, including scripting, automation, and supporting continuous integration workflows
  • Ensure code quality and reliability through comprehensive unit testing, mocking frameworks, and code review practices
  • Manage version control and code collaboration using GitLab, following best practices for branching strategies and pull request workflows

What You'll Need to Have:

  • 5+ years of overall software development experience with a strong full stack background
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core (version 6+) and C#, plus 5+ years with .NET Framework 4.8
  • 3+ years of frontend development experience with Angular (Angular 18+ strongly preferred), including experience with PrimeNG or KendoUI component libraries
  • 2+ years of proven Azure Cloud experience, including cloud-native architecture, refactoring legacy applications, and deploying solutions to Azure
  • Strong proficiency in building and consuming RESTful Web APIs, with 2+ years of Entity Framework Core experience for data access
  • Solid understanding of DevOps principles with hands-on experience scripting, developing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines (1+ year)
  • 2+ years of experience with unit testing frameworks, mocking tools, and SQL Server database development
  • Demonstrated commitment to SOLID principles, dependency injection patterns, and clean coding practices
  • Banking or financial services industry experience is a strong plus

Pay Range: $65 - $75+ /hr
