Summary

Healthcare / Hospital Industry Experience Required

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates across various departments within the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and internal databases.
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and extend employment offers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring reports to management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
