Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst - Onsite for a 12+ month contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in New York City, NY.
Pay range: $22.18 - $23.10 per Hour This position is responsible for providing first-level technical assistance and end-user support related to computer systems, hardware, and applications. The ideal candidate will support users via chat, phone, and in-person, harnessing a blend of problem-solving and interpersonal skills to find solutions. This role requires a genuine interest in learning and progressing with new skills and technologies.
Responsibilities: - Provide first level technical support at various levels of expertise
- Support Home Office users with password issues, hardware (Windows and Mac), software, mobile devices, applications, and networks
- Assist users via chat, phone, and in-person support
- Provide analysis and research needed to resolve issues presented to the Service Desk
- Back up other positions including AV and specialty teams as needed
Requirements: - Must be able to work onsite five days per week in Lower Manhattan, New York
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating politeness, patience, and understanding
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies
