We are looking for Senior Archer GRC Developer for our client in Dallas, TX

Job Title: Senior Archer GRC Developer

Job Location: Dallas, TX

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $47.00hr - $52.00hr

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Archer administration, configuration, customization, and production support. Responsibilities include hands-on experience with Archer Solution Packages, custom on-demand application development, and expertise in workflows, questionnaires, calculations, record permissions, access controls, and data feeds. The role involves platform upgrades, migrations, deployment, and environment management, alongside Archer integrations using Web APIs, data imports/exports, and automated data exchange processes. Additional requirements include strong troubleshooting skills for application, workflow, performance, and user access issues, experience with SQL Server, database querying, IIS administration, Windows-based application environments, JavaScript, XML, HTML, SDLC methodologies, and GRC domains including Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy, Third-Party Risk, and Exception Management, as well as preparing HLDs, LLDs, technical documentation, and implementation artifacts.

General Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), and Information Security principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good understanding of IT infrastructure, security technologies, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience in risk assessment, control evaluation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of security controls, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and team-oriented environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, cybersecurity concepts, and enterprise technology platforms.

Platform / Tool Expertise:

  • Archer GRC Platform.
  • Bachelor s Degree, MBA, MCA, or Diploma in Engineering, IT, or Computer Sciences.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Archer Certified Consultant or Administrator.
