We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Salesforce Developer to support new development initiatives and comprehensive system enhancements for the team within MiConnect. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, capable of working in a fast paced environment, and confident in client facing interactions.

Required Skills
Advanced Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency with Agile methodology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills
Experience supporting enterprise scale applications

Key Responsibilities
Support new Salesforce development work and system enhancements
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and delivery cycles
Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions
Ensure high quality, maintainable, and scalable application delivery
