Job Summary:
Celonis Data Engineer (100% Remote, W2 Only)
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for the Celonis process mining platform.
- Ingest and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems using Celonis connectors, direct database integrations, or custom methods.
- Prepare, transform, and model data for various process mining use cases.
- Configure Celonis data and process models, and support onboarding of new datasets and business requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and business stakeholders to streamline configuration and reduce delivery bottlenecks.
- Perform end-to-end data analysis: read/understand complex data, model and validate data, identify process inefficiencies and trends.
- Translate process data into actionable insights and clear visual narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Communicate findings effectively and support visualization/storytelling (potentially using tools outside Celonis).
- Demonstrate strong skills in data engineering/analysis, including SQL, data modeling, data validation, and integrating disparate data sources.
- Show analytical thinking: make sense of complex data and explain its business significance.
- Adapt quickly to learning Celonis and evolving project requirements.
- Preferred: Experience with Celonis or similar process mining tools, BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.), and supporting process improvement or enterprise transformation initiatives.
