What You?ll Do
B-Level Technician
- Maintenance services (fluids, BG services, inspections)
- Brake and suspension work
- Basic diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Support production goals (25?30 billed hours/week)
- Learn from senior technicians
A-Level Technician
- Advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, complex issues)
- Major repairs (engine, transmission, system-level work)
- Mentor and support junior technicians
- Ensure quality control and accuracy
- Productivity target: 35?45+ billed hours/week
What We?re Looking For
B-Level:
- 3?5 years automotive experience
- Strong brakes, suspension, and maintenance skills
- Basic diagnostic ability
- Team-oriented mindset
A-Level:
- 5+ years automotive experience
- Strong diagnostic ability (electrical + drivability)
- Ability to handle complex repairs independently
- Leadership mindset
Required for both:
- State inspection license
- Emissions license
- Professional attitude and reliability
Nice to Have
- ASE certifications
- Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience
- Tekmetric or similar system experience
