Summary

  1. Requires 15+ years of hands-on experience in Avaya systems installation, configuration, administration, and enterprise telecom support.

  2. Must have experience with Avaya Communication Manager 7.1.3, Session Manager 7.1.3, System Manager 7.1.3, CMS R18, and Workforce Optimization 15.2.

  3. Strong experience with Avaya G650/G450/G430 equipment, Spira SBCs, SIP, H.323, and voice communication protocols.

  4. Expertise in Tier III troubleshooting, trunking, routing, switching, firewalls, WAN technologies, QoS, and telecom circuit management.

  5. Excellent vendor/customer communication, technical documentation, and junior staff training skills; BroadSoft and Python scripting are preferred.
