Must-Have Skills:
• MDM Expertise: 12+ years of experience in multi-domain Master Data Management.
• Functional Design: Skilled in creating functional specs, data models, and process documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and facilitation with business sponsors and SMEs.
• Agile Mindset: Proven ability to deliver in Agile/sprint-based environments.
• MDM Tools Knowledge: Hands-on with platforms like Informatica MDM, Stibo, SAP MDG, or Oracle MDM.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Data Governance: Experience building governance and stewardship frameworks.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform MDM deployments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of regulations such as BCBS 239 and GDPR.
• Data Quality Tools: Experience with data profiling and cleansing solutions.
• LIFE SCIENCE Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of LIFE SCIENCE data and workflows.
Skills:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using the Informatica MDM platform.
Design and implement MDM solutions that align with industry best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for MDM projects.
Conduct data analysis and data mapping to ensure accurate data integration.
Configure and customize MDM processes and workflows to meet client needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Informatica MDM platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of MDM projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Informatica MDM features and functionalities.
Train and mentor junior team members on Informatica MDM best practices.
Provide support to clients during implementation and post-implementation phases.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and recommendations.
Identify and suggest process improvements to optimize MDM implementations.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and developments in MDM.
Actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the overall growth of the MDM practice at Infosys.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality deliverables within the specified deadlines
