Job Description:
Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced **Windows End-User Experience Engineer** to manage and enhance the enterprise Windows desktop environment across airport operations.
- The ideal candidate will ensure endpoint devices are secure, reliable, and optimized to deliver an exceptional end-user experience while supporting business-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Windows 10/11 desktop environments.
Create, maintain, and optimize Windows images for enterprise deployments. - Manage Windows updates, patching, and lifecycle activities to ensure system security and compliance.
- Coordinate endpoint security initiatives and collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate risks.
- Implement and administer modern device management solutions using Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
- Manage and support Active Directory (AD) policies, device enrollment, and endpoint configurations.
- Work closely with Helpdesk, System Administrators, and Infrastructure teams to resolve endpoint issues and improve service delivery.
- Monitor endpoint performance, reliability, and user experience, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain endpoint management standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
Support enterprise initiatives involving endpoint modernization, automation, and digital workplace transformation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5 7 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 administration.
- Experience managing Windows imaging, deployment, and operating system lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of endpoint security, patch management, and device compliance.
- Experience working with enterprise endpoint management and modern device management (MDM) solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional IT teams.
