Role Overview
We are seeking a Technology Lead with strong expertise in Generative AI and Enterprise Content Management, particularly within the IBM Watson ecosystem, to drive the design and delivery of next-generation AI-powered solutions.
This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, deep technical expertise in LLMs/GenAI, and the ability to build scalable AI-driven content intelligence and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic AI Leadership & Evangelization
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and execute AI strategy and roadmap
- Drive AI adoption initiatives and evangelize GenAI capabilities across the organization
- Identify high-value AI use cases and align them with business objectives
2. AI Solution Architecture & Engineering
- Architect and implement end-to-end GenAI solutions including:
- Data ingestion pipelines
- Model orchestration
- Inference services
- Enterprise system integrations
- Design multi-model and multi-agent architectures using modern frameworks
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems
3. Model Development, Tuning & Optimization
- Apply advanced techniques such as:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- LoRA / QLoRA / PEFT / SFT
- Prompt tuning and optimization
- Work with LLMs, embeddings, and transformer architectures
- Optimize models for performance, cost, and accuracy
4. GenAI Engineering & Innovation
- Develop AI agents, copilots, and automation workflows
- Build domain-specific AI solutions leveraging:
- NLP/NLU
- Multi-modal AI
- Context-aware systems
- Prototype and productionize AI applications
5. Client Engagement & Delivery
- Lead client discussions and workshops
- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
- Perform feasibility analysis, ROI evaluation, and roadmap planning
- Ensure high-quality technical delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
