Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in distribution, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, delivering scalable solutions that optimize supply chain processes and data flows across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management to support inventory, order fulfillment, warehouse, and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models, including Entity Relationship (ER) diagrams, to support integrations, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
• Develop and optimize MS SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to ensure efficient data processing and performance.
• Analyze, document, and manage end-to-end data flows between ERP, WMS, and other enterprise systems.
• Support system integration efforts involving APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data mapping, interfaces, integrations, and data quality.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across multiple systems and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution architecture, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization within supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes including inventory management, order management, warehouse operations, distribution, and logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including query development, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Strong knowledge of database design principles and Entity Relationship (ER) modeling.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations, data mapping, and end-to-end data flow architecture.
• Hands-on experience integrating ERP, WMS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API-based integrations and middleware technologies.
• Prior experience leading supply chain transformation or optimization initiatives.
• Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and enterprise data management practices.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and cross-functional organizations.
