Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer Trainer with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce development and training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs for developers and technical teams on Salesforce platforms and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on Salesforce development concepts.
Design and update training materials, including presentations, labs, and assignments.
Train developers on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and integrations.
Provide mentorship and hands-on guidance to trainees.
Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and incorporate new features into training.
Collaborate with stakeholders to customize training programs based on business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).
Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Proven experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with DevOps tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce Training platforms (Trailhead, LMS tools).
Prior experience delivering corporate or enterprise-level training.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
