Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Build agentic workflows that support reasoning, planning, decision-making, tool calling, and task execution.
  • Develop single-agent and multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases.
  • Integrate Large Language Models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure OpenAI, or open-source platforms.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using enterprise documents, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
  • Develop agent memory, context management, prompt templates, workflows, and orchestration logic.
  • Integrate AI agents with REST APIs, microservices, databases, SaaS platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Implement function calling and secure tool execution for AI agents.
  • Build prompt-engineering and context-engineering strategies to improve accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, accuracy, latency, cost, and safety.
  • Implement guardrails to address hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage, unauthorized actions, and unsafe outputs.
  • Create human-in-the-loop workflows for approvals, escalations, and exception handling.
  • Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services for AI applications.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications in production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and Agile ceremonies.
  • Stay current with emerging developments in Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI development frameworks.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, application development, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
  • Strong programming experience in Python. Experience with Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Large Language Models and foundation models
    • Prompt engineering and context management
    • AI agents and agent workflows
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation
    • Embeddings and semantic search
    • Function calling and tool integration
    • AI application evaluation and monitoring
  • Experience with one or more AI/agent frameworks, such as:
    • LangChain
    • LangGraph
    • LlamaIndex
    • Semantic Kernel
    • AutoGen
    • CrewAI
    • Equivalent frameworks
  • Experience working with vector databases or vector search technologies, such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL with pgvector, or Azure AI Search.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications.
  • Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices, data privacy, authentication, authorization, and API security.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
