Electro-Mechanical Technician -Direct Hire


Pay: $62,000-$90,000/year (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 2nd Shift

Education Requirements

  • Technical degree, vocational certification, or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.

  • Training in PLCs, automation systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics is a plus.


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of Electro-Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or Manufacturing Maintenance experience required.

  • Strong troubleshooting experience with industrial machinery, electrical systems, and automated equipment.

  • Experience working with pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.

  • PLC troubleshooting experience required; Rockwell and Siemens PLC experience preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair production equipment.

  • Experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.


Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

  • Frequent bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment troubleshooting.

  • Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.


Job Duties

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical production equipment and manufacturing systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation-related issues.

  • Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and support automation system performance.

  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

  • Repair motors, sensors, drives, conveyors, and other production equipment.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and machine reliability.

  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production issues.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

  • Follow all company safety standards and maintenance procedures.
