AI Content and Data Analyst

HIRE Technology is seeking an AI Content & Data Analyst to support the review, quality assurance, and publishing of AI-generated image and digital product content for our Client. This position will work closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure content is accurate, professional, well-written, and aligned with business and eCommerce requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting and English grammar skills, excellent written and verbal communication, experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office, and knowledge of AI-powered content and image-generation workflows.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
Work Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Review, validate, and publish AI-generated image content for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Support AI content workflows utilizing tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
• Write, edit, proofread, and maintain digital product content, including Features and Benefits.
• Ensure all published content demonstrates excellent English grammar, spelling, clarity, and consistency.
• Engage, train, and manage supplier relationships to capture enriched product content.
• Partner with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve content-related questions and requests.
• Triage, manage, and escalate customer feedback requests through ServiceNow.
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow ticket queues.
• Create, maintain, update, and retire item MDM content for Features and Benefits.
• Manage and respond to intercompany and customer requests received through shared team mailboxes.
• Support  assortments across categories.
• Analyze business and content data using Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Develop and maintain process and workflow documentation.
• Identify flaws, gaps, or inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 6+ months experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Content Analyst, eCommerce, or related role.
• Copywriting, editing, or content-writing experience.
• Excellent English grammar, spelling, proofreading, and written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with supplier and/or customer engagement.
• Experience using ServiceNow, including working with or managing ticket queues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly:Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Intermediate Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization
• Intermediate SQL experience; advanced/expert skills preferred.
• Intermediate Python experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong team-player mentality with the ability to collaborate across different business functions.

Preferred:

• Experience with OpenText Media Management.
• Knowledge of AI workflows and AI-powered image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
• Experience reviewing, managing, or publishing AI-generated or digital image content.
• Background in foodservice eCommerce, marketing, or web content management.
• Experience supporting assortments within specific categories.
• Strong supplier communication and relationship-management experience.
• Intermediate process and workflow documentation experience.
• Beginner-level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience identifying process deficiencies and implementing or recommending improvements.
