Must-have skills:
-Veeva Vault Certified Resource with 10+ years of Hands on experience as BA in Veeva Vault Quality.
Role Overview:
Drive end-to-end business analysis across Veeva Quality Docs and QMS implementation and enhancement projects
Serve as the key point of contact between Quality and Compliance business stakeholders and the IT delivery team
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements across Veeva Quality Docs and QMS modules
Convert complex quality processes into clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
Plan and lead workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders across Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance
Align stakeholder groups around agreed scope and priorities, proactively managing competing interests
Partner with Veeva technical consultants and configuration teams to ensure requirements are delivered accurately
Support the design of document lifecycle workflows and training record structures within Quality Docs
Participate in project governance forums and provide timely, structured updates to the Project Manager and steering committees
Skills & Experience Required:
Demonstrated BA experience on Veeva Vault QMS and/or Quality Docs implementations
Solid understanding of quality management processes including CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, and Document Control
Working knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and computer system validation (CSV) principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
Veeva Vault certification or completion of formal Veeva training
