Job Title: Oracle Cloud Redwood Security Consultant

Summary

We are seeing a Oracle Cloud Redwood Security Consultant designs, configures, and manages security roles, access policies, and compliance controls specifically tailored for Oracle's modern Redwood user experience framework across Fusion Cloud applications (ERP and SCM).

Responsibilities:

• Role Design & Management: Build and maintain Oracle Fusion security components, including job roles, duty roles, data security policies, and privilege hierarchies.
• Redwood Security Alignment: Identify and troubleshoot security gaps, access issues, and user-experience differences introduced by new Redwood pages and workflows.
• Access Governance & Compliance: Provision user access across modules and perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis using Oracle Risk Management and Compliance (RMC) Advanced Controls.
• Audit & Testing Support: Assist with Access Certifications, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing for quarterly updates, and audit readiness.
• Remediation & Hypercare: Resolve post-implementation access conflicts and support deployment readiness or hypercare phases.
• OCI Security experience will be added advantage

Required skills:

• 6 to 12+ years of total experience in Oracle Cloud security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Oracle Fusion architecture.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), data security, and Oracle RMC/Advanced Access Controls (AAC).
• Platform Familiarity: Understanding of Oracle Redwood UI architecture alongside core cloud modules (HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM, or OCI).
• Regulatory Frameworks: Familiarity with compliance standards like SOX, GDPR, and internal security best practices.
• Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
