About the Role

Culmen International is looking for a Data Analyst to support our work with the Defense Health Agency in Silver Springs, MD.

What You'll Do in Your New Role

The Data Analyst supports PHCoE by collecting, managing, analyzing, and visualizing behavioral health and programmatic data. The analyst develops datasets, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support decision-making and evaluation of psychological health initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain analyzable datasets.
  • Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses.
  • Monitor prevalence, outcomes, utilization, and performance measures.
  • Create dashboards, visualizations, and data summaries.
  • Support data quality assurance and validation activities.
  • Assist with evaluation of psychological health programs and interventions.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations.
  • Analyzable datasets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, or related field.
  • Experience with SAS, R, Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or behavioral health data systems.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms.
  • Public Trust clearance; contract requirements require ship.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, or related field
