Job Title: BAW L2 Production Support Engineer

Location: Hopkins, MN - Hybrid

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and application support.
  • Experience in L2 Production Support, ticket triage, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
  • Ability to identify and resolve workflow issues and perform data fixes to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Experience developing and testing application enhancements, bug fixes, and production updates.
  • Knowledge of Java and React is a plus.
  • Experience deploying changes to production and coordinating with multiple technical teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with business users to understand issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
