Summary

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to drive business process optimization, system enhancements, and cross-functional program delivery. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, manage priorities, and ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce BA, Program Manager, or related role
  • Strong Salesforce experience in requirements gathering, workflow design, process improvement, and stakeholder management
  • Experience translating business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and issue resolution across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Customer Success, CRM, Contact Center, or Service Operations
  • Strong reporting and data analysis experience
  • Consulting background and/or MBA preferred
