JD Edwards CNC & Security SME

Introduction:

This position is for a JD Edwards CNC & Security Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 10 years of experience. The role involves leading and managing the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC architecture and security administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and ensuring robust security compliance across environments.

Responsibilities:

• CNC Administration:
  • Install, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Environments (Deployment, Enterprise, Web servers).
  • Perform Tools upgrades, ESASUs, service packs, and path code management.
  • Manage job queues, data sources, printers, and performance tuning.
  • Support cloud migration projects (OCI, AWS, Azure).
• Security Management:
  • Design and implement role-based security and segregation of duties (SoD) policies.
  • Configure user profiles, roles, and permissions in JDE.
  • Integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) and MFA solutions (Azure AD, Okta).
  • Conduct security audits, compliance checks (SOX, GDPR), and vulnerability assessments.
  • Implement security tools like ALLOUT/QSoft for SoD and audit reporting.
• Collaboration & Support:
  • Work closely with functional teams.
  • Provide technical documentation, training, and best practices for CNC and security.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in JD Edwards CNC administration and security management.
• Expertise in EnterpriseOne 9.x, WebLogic/WebSphere, Oracle/SQL Server DB.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and audit tools.
• Experience in architecture design, hardware sizing, and system performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Orchestrator, UDOs, and integration security.
