Description
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the end to end delivery of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud for Retail Execution (CGRX) and adjacent sales enablement capabilities for the Client US Accelerator division. You will drive outcomes across planning, build, rollout, adoption, and value realization for capabilities such as visit planning & route optimization, offline mobile execution, planogram & image capture, promotional compliance, order capture with penny perfect pricing, store & asset audits, assortments (ADL), territories, and performance scorecards (Perfect Store/ROI). Success requires strong PMI grounded project leadership (principles, performance domains, and Talent Triangle) paired with hands on experience delivering retail execution solutions at scale for CPG/Consumer Goods field teams. This role will occasionally extend beyond traditional project management, acting as a functional retail execution and CGRX expert to accelerate design decisions, unblock delivery, and ensure practical, field-ready outcomes
Key Outcomes:
1. On time, on budget CGRX project delivery that meets scope, quality, and project/value KPIs (Scope adherence, Timeline, Budget).
2. Field ready REX scope enabling REX Planning (Account Mgmt, Coverage / Territories Planning & Assignments, Field Selling, Assortment/ADL, etc.) & Execution (Order Mgmt, Visit Execution, Team Mgmt, Performance Monitoring).
3. Perfect Store/Scorecard framework and embedded analytics to monitor retail KPIs, ROI, and compliance-surfaced in mobile and desktop.
4. Integrated processes across assortments/ADL, price/promotion in-store execution, trade to field transfer, territories, segmentation, and sell sheets/pitchbooks, aligned to our data model and perfect store vision.
5. Change management & adoption: Assist the OCM lead in role based training, supervisor/rep coaching, live dashboards, and feedback loops that improve cycle time and data quality.
Core Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and delivery plan for CGRX and Sales Force Enablement capabilities; define increments, MVPs, acceptance criteria, and value hypotheses; tailor ways of working.
Control all aspects of the project plan; this will require collaboration and coordination with the main program delivering part of the scope on behalf of Accelerator.
Stakeholder leadership across Sales, Category/Trade, Field Operations, Finance, and IT; run governance, demos, and decision forums; manage dependencies with TPM/Trade Promotion and Field Service where applicable.
Plan & execute pilots/rollouts of the Consumer Goods Cloud mobile app including route/visit calendar, geofencing, timesheets, manual in day route changes, and supervisor ride alongs; champion mobile usability and sync performance
Stand up retail data model elements (Accounts/Retail Stores, Assortments, Promotions, Planograms, Store Products, Visits, KPIs) and ensure high quality master data and integration patterns.
Embed analytics & scorecards (Perfect Store, ROI, visit KPIs) and drive iterative improvements through measurement and coaching.
Risk, issue, and change control across environments, releases, and mobile MDM/app upgrades; ensure compliance with platform limits and CG Cloud release notes for the duration of the project.
Champion PMI principles (value focus, systems thinking, quality, adaptability) and Talent Triangle growth across the team.
