Job Title: Wintel & Active Directory Engineer (L3/L4)

Location: Rockville, MD - Onsite

Contract: 6+ Months/C2H

Job Description

Expert -means - Currently working at Level 3 or 4 level and not just performing basic L1 or L2 activities

Expert in Active Directory/Azure AD/SSO/App Proxy/PKI (L3/L4)

Expert in VxRail/VMWare and server hardware management in Data centers. (L3/L4)

Expert in Networking - DNS/DHCP & troubleshooting. (L3/L4)

Expert in Windows Server OS troubleshooting. Linux experience would be an add-on. (L3/L4)

Experience in Cloud Compute/Management - AWS/Azure

Experience in Observability (Monitoring/AIOps) - AWS/Azure

Experience in Automation/PowerShell and other scripting solutions.

Good understanding of Laptop/Intune Management.

Good understanding/experience of Backup and Storage

We need solid experience on AD, Azure AD SSO along with VMWare/VxRail experience.

AD and Azure AD (including DHCP, DNS) experience is what client is looking for along with Server Management and VMware experience.

Profiles with specific AD and Azure AD experience - Typical AD and Wintel SMEs (with some datacenter management experience) with 10+ years of experience would fit in.

The client is looking for a hands-on person with strong expertise and experience in the below areas.

Windows/Linux Server Administration - Deployments, Decommissions, Patching

Active Directory, GPO creations, Azure AD, SSO.

VMWare/VxRail/Citrix

LogicMon/ MoogSoft or similar observability and AI OPs tools.

Storage and Backup tools experience

Cloud exposure - Preferably AWS - EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, EKS and AWS networking

Automations - PowerShell, Ansible etc.
