The Job:

As a Director, Content & Product Technologies (IT), you'll be part of our Corporate Information Technology team working as a Hybrid or Remote employee. We are seeking a Director of Content & Product Technologies

lead the systems, workflows, and standards that support how product content and product data are created, managed, and delivered across the company.

This role sits in IT and owns the technology and processes behind content and product data-ensuring teams can work efficiently, consistently, and at scale. The focus is on simplifying workflows, improving data quality, and using automation and AI to increase speed and reduce manual effort.

You'll get to:

What You Own
  • Platforms: PIM, DAM, studio tools, content workflows, localization systems
  • Taxonomy, metadata, and data structure standards
  • End-to-end content and product data workflows (enablement, not creation)
  • Data quality and governance processes
  • AI and automation for tagging, classification, and localization

What You'll Do
  • Define and manage the technology roadmap for content and product systems
  • Design and improve workflows that support content and data creation
  • Ensure strong integration across PIM, DAM, studio, and downstream systems
  • Introduce automation and AI to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Manage platforms, vendors, and system performance
  • Track and improve data quality, completeness, and operational efficiency
  • Partner with Digital, eCommerce, Marketing, and Product teams to support their needs
  • Drive adoption of tools, standards, and processes

The Person:

Experience
  • 8+ years in technology, digital platforms, or content/product systems
  • 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Experience with PIM, DAM, CMS, or similar platforms
  • Strong background in workflow design, data structures, and process improvement
  • Experience with automation or AI in data/content workflows
  • Comfortable working across IT, Digital, and business teams

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
