Job Title: SAP Cross-Functional Lead / SAP Integration Lead / Solution Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on SAP Cross-Functional Lead / SAP Integration Lead / Solution Architect to drive enterprise-wide SAP integration and end-to-end business process alignment for a leading Electric Vehicle manufacturer.
This role will serve as the key integration authority across multiple SAP workstreams, ensuring seamless solution architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and successful delivery of large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate must possess strong functional expertise across multiple SAP modules, deep understanding of S/4HANA integrated business processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, and program leadership.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on SAP integration experience.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional SAP Leadership
- Lead integrated solution design discussions across multiple SAP modules including:
- MM
- SD
- PP
- FI/CO
- EWM
- QM
- PM
- IBP
- TM
- Ensure end-to-end business process alignment across all SAP workstreams.
- Identify process dependencies, integration risks, and functional conflicts across modules.
- Serve as the primary functional integration lead between business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams.
Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Validate functional designs, configurations, and WRICEF specifications across integrated processes.
- Conduct fit-gap workshops, business process reviews, and integrated solution demonstrations.
- Support business process standardization, harmonization, and global template deployment initiatives.
- Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, BTP, and integration teams to ensure successful technical-functional delivery.
- Oversee WRICEF development lifecycle and ensure alignment with enterprise process architecture.
SAP S/4HANA Process Expertise
- Provide leadership across key S/4HANA business processes including:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Plan-to-Produce (P2P)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Recommend SAP best practices, automation opportunities, and process optimization strategies.
- Drive adoption of SAP innovations including:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP BTP
- SAP Fiori
- AI/ML-enabled process improvements
Program & Go-Live Support
- Lead cross-functional readiness for:
- Data migration
- Cutover planning
- Go-live activities
- Production stabilization
- Coordinate with large multi-disciplinary teams across business and technology organizations.
