Salary: $49,920.00 - $58,240.00 per year

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts | 6 AM-6 PM or 6 PM-6 AM | Mandatory Overtime as Required

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Manufacturing, injection molding, mold technician, or production experience preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

  • Knowledge of production equipment, molds, tools, and manufacturing processes.

  • Above-average math skills and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to complete company-provided training, including Forklift, Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, First Aid/CPR, Fire Extinguisher, and Hazard Communication training.

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work on a production floor for extended periods.

  • Ability to work at heights using lifts and elevated platforms.

  • Ability to frequently use hand tools and perform equipment adjustments.

  • Must be able to lift to 80 pounds.

Job Duties:


  • Set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform mold changes on injection molding production lines.

  • Prepare production molds and verify preventive maintenance has been completed before installation.

  • Inspect molds, inserts, clamps, hydraulic lines, air lines, and related equipment for proper operation.

  • Respond to machine alarms and assist with troubleshooting production issues.

  • Support production line startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.

  • Perform material and color changes while ensuring proper line clearance procedures are followed.

  • Maintain accurate labeling, storage, and handling of production materials.

  • Assist with automation repairs, IML changeovers, and minor hydraulic repairs.

  • Complete required production documentation and reports accurately and on time.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety (SQF), and company safety procedures.

  • Support production team members and assist with packaging operations as needed.
