ERP Administrator – Hybrid (Northside Indianapolis)
Vaco Technology is seeking an experienced ERP Administrator for a full-time direct hire opportunity on the north side of Indianapolis. The hybrid work schedule requires onsite work at least 3 days per week.

The ERP Administrator will support and maintain the company’s ERP system, provide day-to-day user support, manage ERP tickets, assist with reporting and data analysis, and help ensure system security and performance. This role serves as the primary contact for ERP-related issues, troubleshooting, and system improvements while collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ERP system support and troubleshoot user issues
  • Manage support tickets, escalations, and system documentation
  • Develop reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
  • Maintain ERP security, roles, and user access
  • Support ERP upgrades, patches, and EDI integrations
  • Assist with budget imports and process improvements
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams on system enhancements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of ERP administration/support experience
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards
  • Familiarity with T-SQL querying/scripting
  • Experience with EDI interfaces preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
