We are seeking an experienced Power Platform & SharePoint Online Developer for a contract position worked in a hybrid work setting in Austin, TX. This role will lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-level automation solutions, intranet environments, and content management processes. The ideal candidate excels in Power Automate, SharePoint Online administration, and end-user engagement, with the ability to transform business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Power Platform>
- Design, build, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes.
- Convert PDF forms into Microsoft Forms, including redesign, testing, and integration.
- Integrate Microsoft Forms with new and existing Power Automate flows.
- Develop automated workflows with approvals, email integrations, and SharePoint connectivity.

SharePoint Online>
- Plan and execute a SharePoint Online intranet and HUB site.
- Migrate content from Drupal CMS (v10.6.2+) to SharePoint Online.
- Administer site collections, permissions, libraries, and lists.
- Improve and maintain SharePoint security, permissions, and governance.

Additional Duties>
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues related to Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver clear solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, documentation, and end-user training.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years developing and supporting Power Platform apps (Power Automate, Power BI).
- 5+ years using Power Automate for workflow and process automation.
- 5+ years SharePoint Online development and administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of custom workflows, lists, automation, and integrations.
- Enterprise-level M365 SharePoint environment management experience.
- Proficiency with HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting enterprise users and maintaining content governance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint Online or Power Platform.
