Production Line Ready
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting
- Background in grinding, sanding, and quality control
- Ability to read measuring tools and interpret work instructions
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly and testing
- Consistent attendance, reliability, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working around machinery, heat, and airborne particles

Your Day at the Plant
- Grind, sand, and inspect metal components for quality and accuracy
- Use equipment such as drill presses, band saws, grinders, and hand tools
- Read and follow detailed work orders and tape measurements
- Operate and maintain various hand and power tools for mechanical assembly
- Fabricate small components to precise specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in your work area
- Use basic computer skills to record tasks and track progress
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
