Role:
As an experienced SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) specializing in API Automation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality software solutions for our client. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining API Automation frameworks using Rest Assured.
- Implementing UI Automation using Selenium for robust end-to-end testing.
- Collaborating with developers and QA teams to design and execute automated test cases.
- Conducting performance, functional, and regression testing to ensure software reliability.
- Utilizing SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Identifying and reporting defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
- Ensuring adherence to best coding and automation testing practices.
Qualifications and skills:
- 7-9 years of experience in test automation, API automation, and software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Java for test automation development.
- Hands-on experience with Rest Assured for API automation and Selenium for UI automation.
- Strong experience in SQL for data validation.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex software testing challenges.
