We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support business solutions and digital transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support delivery across the full SDLC. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience working in IT environments, and the ability to drive alignment between business and technology teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for IT teams
- Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and solution opportunities
- Support end-to-end project delivery across the SDLC (requirements ? testing ? deployment)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, PMs, and business users
- Assist with system testing, validation, and implementation activities
- Track and manage changes to requirements and system functionality
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and/or BI/reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
