About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Quadient Inspire Developer to join a dynamic team working on Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. The role focuses on designing and delivering high-quality, automated customer communication and document solutions using the Quadient Inspire platform, supporting digital transformation and operational efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain document templates, workflows, and automation processes using Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive, Automation). Analyse business and functional requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions. Integrate Quadient Inspire solutions with internal and external systems using APIs and data sources (XML, JSON). Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, deployment, and post-production support. Prepare and maintain technical documentation while following development standards and best practices. Collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive, Automation) mandatory. Experience working on enterprise CCM implementations or digital transformation projects. Hands-on experience integrating Quadient with CRM and ERP systems. Fluent French (spoken & written); working knowledge of English is an advantage. Solid programming/scripting experience with Groovy, Java, XML/XSD, JSON. Experience using development and testing tools such as GitHub and Postman. Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., NVDA) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of additional scripting languages used within Inspire, such as JavaScript or VBScript. Exposure to cloud environments and DevOps practices. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
