Hiring: SQL Server DBA III

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

We are looking for an experienced SQL Server DBA III with strong expertise in SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and enterprise production support to join a large-scale enterprise environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SQL Server Database Administration experience

• Strong expertise in SQL Server Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server Clustering and AlwaysOn Availability Groups

• Experience with Backup & Restore, Code Reviews, and Root Cause Analysis

• Strong production support experience in large enterprise environments

• Experience migrating SQL Server 2016/2019/2022 environments

• Linux Administration experience

• Shell Scripting and/or Python scripting experience

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments

• Experience supporting mission-critical production databases

• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and database security best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise SQL Server environments

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance

• Perform database migrations, upgrades, backups, and recovery activities

• Support high availability using AlwaysOn and SQL Server Clustering

• Conduct code reviews and root cause analysis for production issues

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure database reliability and performance
