Job Title: Level 1 Application Support Engineer
Location: Onsite Raleigh, NC (No Remote Option)
Overview:
We are seeking a Level 1 Application Support Engineer responsible for providing technical and functional support to end users, primarily over phone and email. The role involves triaging application issues, routing them to the correct teams, and ensuring smooth operation of Andor applications while maintaining a strong customer service orientation.
