POSITION OVERVIEW
The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to lead application-development projects involving systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventive maintenance, and security procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must clearly demonstrate the following experience in their résumé:
108 months of experience as a lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventive maintenance, and security procedures.
108 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to design and develop complex n-tier web applications using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, .NET Core, and modern programming principles, including object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single-responsibility, and application-security standards.
96 months of experience developing and maintaining web applications utilizing HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets.
96 months of experience with Oracle 11g or higher, including database design, PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, functions, cursors, indexes, triggers, table creation, and Oracle SQL query optimization.
96 months of experience developing HTML reports and/or reports using Crystal Reports version 10 or higher and invoking those reports from .NET applications.
84 months of experience creating and reading formal technical documentation based on system requirements, interpreting and analyzing business requirements, and building application logic to meet those requirements.
60 months of experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later, Azure DevOps, or GitLab for development activities and source control.
48 months of experience developing applications that comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
36 months of experience designing and implementing applications containing healthcare data covered by HIPAA Protected Health Information requirements.
