Job Summary:
Seeking a Middleware Consultant to support and modernize Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms as part of a cloud migration to AWS GovCloud. This role requires strong expertise in IBM ACE (IIB), IBM MQ, and AWS to build, administer, and optimize ESB environments across on-prem (AIX) and cloud (Linux) platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and support large-scale IBM ACE/IIB environments (AWS & on-prem)
- Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) using Python and Shell scripting
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and disaster recovery strategies
- Tune performance, manage logs, memory, and certificate management
- Administer IBM ACE on Linux and AIX systems
- Work with AWS services including IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of IBM ACE/IIB infrastructure experience
- 3+ years of IBM MQ
- Strong AWS architecture & IaC (Terraform) experience
- Python & Shell scripting expertise
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- AWS Certified Architect (preferred)
Nice to Have:
- MuleSoft API Gateway
- Java/JavaScript API integration
- Angular UI development
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills required
