Project Scope: Testing federally mandated changes for Medicaid systems, involving cross-agency interfacing and external healthcare provider coordination.

Test Lifecycle Management: Create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on complex system requirements.

Execution & Analysis: Run mainframe batch jobs, analyze test results, and resolve discrepancies between actual and expected outcomes.

Collaboration: Partner with developers and business analysts to test coding changes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Documentation: Assist in the creation of business, process, and technical documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.

System Support: Provide QA duties for large-scale systems including MMIS, MMRS, and RMMIS, resolving errors in a high-pressure environment.

Testing Expertise: 4+ years of experience specifically in creating test scenarios and test cases.

Mainframe Proficiency: 4+ years of experience working with COBOL and JCL.

Batch Processing: 4+ years of experience running mainframe batch jobs and performing error resolution.

Version Control: 4+ years of experience using Serena ChangeMan.

Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills are mandatory for documenting results and collaborating with stakeholders.
