Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Payroll Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Workday Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and integrations, with the ability to collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of overall HR/Payroll systems experience

3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll functional experience

Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Core HCM

Experience with US Payroll (taxes, compliance, garnishments)

Understanding of Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio functional exposure)

Experience supporting payroll parallel runs and go-live activities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

Workday Payroll or HCM certification

Experience with multi-country payroll

Exposure to Workday Financials integrations

Prior experience in large enterprise or global implementations
