We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday Compensation Analyst to support the administration, configuration, and optimization of compensation programs within Workday. This role will partner closely with Total Rewards, HR, Finance, and HRIS teams to ensure compensation processes are accurate, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong compensation analysis experience with hands-on Workday configuration and reporting expertise, and thrives in a data-driven, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HRIS
Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation
Experience supporting compensation cycles (merit, bonus, or incentive planning)
Strong analytical and data management skills
Experience building Workday reports (standard or advanced reporting)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certification or advanced Workday Compensation experience
Experience supporting global or multi-entity compensation programs
Knowledge of job architecture, pay ranges, and market benchmarking
Experience with compensation survey tools (Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, etc.)
Familiarity with Workday Prism or dashboards
