Proven track record of leading at least one end-to-end migration from TIBCO BW 5.x/6.x to AIS or a comparable cloud-native integration platform
Deep understanding of TIBCO BW 5.x architecture — process definitions, shared variables, JMS/HTTP/SOAP adapters, JDBC connections, deployment descriptors — sufficient to re-map each workflow to AIS equivalents
Strong knowledge of Azure networking (VNets, Private Link, NSGs, on-premises data gateways) for hybrid integration
Experience with CI/CD for integration artifacts using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, including IaC (ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform)
Proficiency in RESTful API design, OpenAPI/Swagger, and API versioning strategies
Hands-on experience with message brokers, pub/sub patterns, and event-driven architectures
Strong communication skills — able to articulate and defend architecture decisions, push back constructively in reviews with Microsoft and client stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
