Job#: 3027384 Job Description: Senior IT Project Manager with strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead key initiatives involving OKTA and Oracle identity solutions. We are transitioning from Oracle Access Manager (OAM) to Oracle Identity Governance (OIG). The ideal candidate has experience with OKTA (integrating or upgrading), IAM understanding, and vendor partner relationship experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage IAM-related projects, including OKTA integrations, upgrades, and migration initiatives.
- Drive the transition from OAM to OIG, ensuring smooth delivery across technical and business teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and external vendors (OKTA, Oracle), ensuring alignment, timelines, and successful execution.
- Partner with architects, engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders to remove roadblocks and maintain project momentum.
- Develop project plans, manage risks, track milestones, and deliver status updates to leadership.
- Ensure strong communication across the organization, clearly translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with OKTA (integration, upgrades, or implementation work).
- Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles, processes, and technologies.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and manage multi-partner technical projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have- Experience with Oracle Identity solutions (OAM, OIG, OAAM, etc.).
- Background supporting IAM transformations or modernization programs.
- Understanding of cloud identity ecosystems and security best practices.
