Required Skills:
• 3–6 years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Building Decarbonization Programs
• Thermal Energy Networks (District Heating/Cooling)
• Renewable Energy and Clean Energy Initiatives
• Energy Policy and Regulatory Programs
• Geothermal, Waste Heat Recovery, and Community Energy Planning
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Environmental Studies, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Tools & Technologies:
MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Asana, Salesforce, and WebEx.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of Thermal Energy Networks initiatives and roadmap activities
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, stakeholder communications, and action items
• Conduct research, market analysis, and policy reviews related to energy programs
• Prepare reports, presentations, and public-facing materials
• Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, utilities, and industry stakeholders
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and program milestones
