This role has been opened to assist with migration for customer resiliency .The person will be would be responsible for supporting customer resiliency which includes collection & recoveries & rest 4 positions will be specific to discover conversion which is horizontal function but again the core competency are same.

This role will be focusing on one of the largest and highest-risk components of the merger: large-scale customer and account data migration. The program is responsible for moving millions of accounts, records, and supporting datasets from legacy platforms into Capital One's ecosystem while maintaining data integrity, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and customer experience. My role sits at the intersection of data, engineering, operations, testing, and delivery coordination, helping drive execution across highly interdependent workstreams with significant downstream business impact. The work includes migration planning, dependency management, reconciliation strategy, testing coordination, risk mitigation, and readiness tracking.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR ROLE ON THE TEAM:
As Senior Technical Program Manager, one will serve as a central coordination and execution lead across multiple technical and operational workstreams supporting the Discover integration data migration program. Partner closely with engineering, data, infrastructure, testing, operations, and product teams to manage dependencies, track delivery progress, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment across highly interconnected initiatives. Significant part of my role involves translating complex technical processes into actionable plans, facilitating cross-functional communication, driving testing and conversion readiness activities, and escalating blockers before they impact critical milestones. Operate as both a strategic coordinator and hands-on delivery partner, helping maintain momentum across a fast-moving, high-visibility enterprise program with significant regulatory, operational, and customer impact. Focuses on translating complex technical activities into coordinated execution plans that ensure teams remain aligned, accountable, and prepared for major conversion and testing milestones.
