We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager III with a strong technical project management background, preferably in Software Development or Security, to lead complex enterprise initiatives within a fast-paced banking environment.

🔹 Required Skills
• Strong experience in Technical Project Management
• Former Software Developer or strong technical background (Security preferred)
• Experience collaborating with Security teams to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions
• Strong Vendor Management experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills
• Experience coordinating with Project Managers (PMs), Technical Project Managers (TPMs), and Scrum Masters (SMs)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Microsoft Project (MS Project)
• Strong issue, risk, and dependency management skills
• Knowledge of Enterprise Change Management (ECM) processes within banking environments
• Highly proactive, organized, and solution-oriented

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage enterprise-level technical programs from initiation through delivery
• Coordinate with Security, Engineering, and Business teams to resolve technical challenges
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Present project status, risks, and milestones to leadership and executive stakeholders
• Drive collaboration across PMs, TPMs, Scrum Masters, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and change management processes
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Support Agile ceremonies while balancing Waterfall or Hybrid project delivery models

🔹 Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe Certification
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
