Informatica IDMC Integration Consultant

Role: Informatica IDMC Integration Consultant

Integration Responsibilities:

·         Lead enterprise integration development and implementation using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)

·         Develop and maintain integration workflows, mappings, and configurations across enterprise systems

·         Create technical integration designs and implementation specifications

·         Build scalable and secure API-led integrations using Informatica API Center

·         Support data integration initiatives aligned with business and technical requirements

Informatica IDMC & MDM Responsibilities:

·         Work hands-on with Informatica IDMC components including CAI, CDI, and CIH

·         Implement and support Supplier 360, Customer 360, and Business 360 solutions

·         Work on Informatica MDM Hub configurations and master data management processes

·         Support data quality, data governance, and master data initiatives

·         Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues across platforms

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

·         Coordinate with client stakeholders, Informatica support teams, vendors, and internal teams

·         Gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions

·         Provide updates on integration progress, issues, and resolutions

·         Work in a multi-vendor environment ensuring smooth collaboration

·         Support issue resolution and cross-team coordination

AI & Innovation Responsibilities:

·          Evaluate opportunities to use Informatica Claire AI and Agentic AI capabilities

·          Support exploration of Generative AI solutions where applicable

·          Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, cloud integration, and data management

·          Contribute to innovation initiatives around automation and intelligent integrations

Required Qualifications:

·          Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)

·          Experience with CAI (Cloud Application Integration), CDI (Cloud Data Integration), and CIH (Cloud Integration Hub)

·          Experience with Supplier 360, Customer 360, and Business 360 implementations

·          Strong knowledge of Informatica MDM Hub

·          Experience in integration development and enterprise data workflows

·          Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

·          Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·          Experience working in multi-vendor environments
