Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functional expertise who can also help shape the next generation of intelligent solutions across the enterprise. This role bridges traditional ERP functional analysis with emerging AI/ML capabilities, enabling the organization to modernize processes, improve decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation. The ideal candidate understands how Oracle EBS supports business operations today while also being able to translate business needs into requirements for AI-driven tools, automation, and machine learning-enabled workflows. This person will collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with long-term strategy.
Responsibilities: - Serve as a functional SME for Oracle EBS Financial modules.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS functionality.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
- Assist with production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI/ML or GenAI can improve efficiency, accuracy, or user experience.
- Translate business problems into structured AI/ML use cases, including data needs, success criteria, and workflow impacts.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define model requirements, training data expectations, and integration points.
- Act as a liaison between business users, Oracle EBS technical teams, and AI/ML development teams.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and requirement gathering meetings.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support testing cycles, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with organizational standards.
Qualifications: - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant working with Oracle EBS.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS processes, configurations, and data structures.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical deliverables.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and propose practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, GenAI tools, or data-driven automation (preferred).
- Experience writing user stories or requirements for AI/ML or analytics teams (preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, data pipelines, or modern integration patterns (preferred).
- Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM capabilities, or conversational AI design (preferred).
- Ability to bridge functional and technical teams in a fast-evolving environment (preferred).

Pay Range: $53 - $57
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
