Location: Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced SAP IBP Supply Chain Planning Consultants to support end-to-end supply planning activities. This role will focus on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), production planning, demand-supply alignment, and planning data integrity.
You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Commercial, Clinical, Materials Management, and Product Supply Chain teams to ensure executable supply plans, proactively identify risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

  • Execute supply planning activities in SAP IBP including demand/supply review, scenario analysis, supply commits, and exception management
  • Develop and maintain supply plans supporting commercial, clinical, and non-GMP manufacturing requirements
  • Translate demand signals, inventory targets, and capacity constraints into feasible and optimized supply plans
  • Partner with Operations to ensure production plans support on-time, in-full delivery
  • Build rough-cut capacity plans, finite scheduling inputs, and scenario models for planning decisions
  • Identify supply risks, capacity gaps, and data inconsistencies; provide actionable recommendations
  • Participate in planning forums such as Tier meetings, S&OE, and cross-functional supply reviews
  • Maintain and validate planning master data in SAP IBP (materials, locations, lead times, planning parameters)
  • Support lifecycle management including new product introduction, changes, and obsolescence
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs to track supply plan health, inventory, and planning accuracy
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis for launches, forecasts, budgeting, and risk assessments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of supply chain planning experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Response & Supply)
  • Experience with SAP master data and planning processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
  • Exposure to regulated environments (GxP, FDA, etc.)
  • Experience with S&OP / S&OE processes
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
