The Sr. Software Engineer (.Net) will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using front end and backend technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable software applications. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. Write clean efficient and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Develop and maintain web API services. Implement software solutions. Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to assess user experience. Use coding to develop the aesthetics implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and dropdown options to colors and fonts. Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers. Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability. Develop new Frontend features for evolving products and platforms. Ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery. Develop and execute unit tests and support functional, non-functional testing. Prepare and release products through non-production and production environments. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus six (6) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include experience working with: .Net; API; Angular; HTML; SQL; microservices; Agile . Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).
The base salary range for this position is $139,027 - $145,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
